What J T D doesn't like about Forma Pasta Factory:
I had a terrible experience here. It took 45+ minutes to get our food. Once it arrived we asked if we could sit down and the staff was so rude! Sadly, I think we were profiled. View all feedback. What User likes about Forma Pasta Factory:
Actually, we were pretty surprised how good that was. it was also really great – not too expensive. great aromen. they also love the shortened menu so that I do not overwhelmed with options. the best was by far the bolognese, but we also enjoyed the artichoke thunfischsalat. View all feedback.

read moreForma Pasta Factory on Bedford St. offers fantastic, affordable pasta in a casual setting. The food is delicious, the staff friendly, and the open kitchen adds to the experience. It's a popular spot, so be prepared to act fast for a table. Self-service is the norm, but the quality of the pasta dishes makes up for it. The menu offers a variety of options, with the pappardelle bolognese being a standout. With generous portions and flavorful sauces, it's no wonder this restaurant is a go-to spot for many. Overall, Forma Pasta Factory is a must-try for pasta lovers in NYC.
