Footprints Cafe Express - Brooklyn

I ordered a buy one get one meal and there was no special instructions on how to properly order the meal, so I assumed since I actually spoke to a women at the restaurant prior to the order about the bogo meal in which during the time on the phone with her she didn't tell me about any special way to order, she had plenty of opportunity to tell me if there were special instructions. So I ordered the meal and oh look there's only one meal in the bag!. Then when I called the restaurant she can't do anything about it and said i have to go through uber, thenshe decides to ignore my request of speaking with a manager. My frustration is also in how places like this have such a terrible system of dealing with issues like this, there's no real logical system for double checking orders, the meal came to over 50$, we are and we pay all these fees and we get subpar service at best.

Worst restaurant ever, I just ordered an oxtail with pasta from ubber eat and those people send me a freaking order that I never ordered, what worst is that I can't even eat it cause I don't know what the hell is it, when I call them to complain about it they said to contact the ubber instead while they are the one who freaking put the wrong food in the wrong bag with my name on it. Never again

I received a Uber Eats gift card and placed an order with the Flatbush Ave. Footprints, because I made prior orders with my credit card, Uber eats charged my credit card. Maybe 10 seconds passed before I realized what happened and I canceled the order bc I wanted to charge the gift card, not my CC. The charge remained on my CC, when I called Uber eats to refute the charge, Uber said they have to call the restaurant to have the charge removed. When the Uber rep. came back on the line, she said Footprint’s refused to void the charge bc they already prepared the meal. I know for a fact that they couldn’t have possibly made that meal in 10 seconds. They got that free this time, but I will NEVER give them anymore business.

I this Footprints sucks, it 's just right above their Coney Island location, which is the worst of the worst. I just left there, had to wait online with no one in front of me for 10mins, just to order a damn salad. I understand they do a lot of UberEats and DoorDash but with sooo many people behind the counter, why can 't there just be one competent cashier behind the register? When one of the workers finally decided to take my order, she was the worst cashier ever. I got the short pudgy one with short hair, who for some odd reason couldn 't believe that I just wanted a quick salad and had to repeat Salad, only a salad? 3x 's and then somehow it took her 5mins to put just 1 salad in a bag. She asked what dressing I 'd like, I said Italian and I guess she forgot in the 10 seconds it took to get the dressing bc I get home and I have ranch. WTH?! Do better Footprints. This is why I only go to and order from your original restaurant. ‍

Order from uber eats like I've done a dozen times in the past, had been a while since they messed up my order so I guess they decided tonight was the night! The ONLY reason I decided to support their establishment was because they had a buy one get one free rasta pasta with shrimp deal. They also had new seasoned fries which are $2 more than their regular fries. I finally get my food 2 hrs after ordering and I only get ONE order of rasta pasta and shrimp despite the receipt clearly displaying the buy one get one free deal AND regular soggy UNSEASONED fries smfh. I need to find a new Caribbean restaurant to get rasta pasta from asap. And if you have other options GO ELSEWHERE
