Description

Fine Raw Chocolate has garnered mixed reactions from patrons, showcasing both the allure of its decadent offerings and the pitfalls of its customer service. Many rave about the remarkable flavor and quality, particularly for vegan chocolate, with standout products like the chocolate hazelnut spread and truffles garnering substantial praise. However, the experience is marred by frequent complaints of unresponsive customer service and difficulties in order fulfillment, including misleading store hours and inconvenient cancellations. While the chocolates shine in taste and ethical sourcing, the shop's operational challenges present opportunities for significant improvement.

I received this chocolate as a Valentine’s Day gift, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to visit again the next time I'm in New York. Finding good vegan chocolate is such a challenge, and I'm really grateful for this delightful treat.

I placed an online order with Fine Raw, and it was definitely worth it! This is, without a doubt, the best vegan chocolate I’ve ever tasted. We tried the chocolate hazelnut spread (I’m definitely going to subscribe to it because it's that good), the truffles (which are worth every penny), and a variety of chocolate bars. What I love is that not only are they fair-trade and small-batch, but the ingredients are minimal and simple. The flavor is pure and unlike any other vegan chocolate I’ve experienced. It’s absolutely amazing and incredibly delicious!

Great store and cafe which offers high quality, raw, vegan/plant-based, no processed sugar chocolate. A few blocks from a subway station but a little difficult to find as it blends in with the surroundings. Be sure to check hours of open before you head over as the store and cafe are at times closed on the weekend.

Terrible customer service! I bought a few items and tried to reach out to them via email and Instagram for clarification about one product that had completely leaked. After two weeks, they finally replied, falsely claiming that I had called to request a refund, which is a complete lie! I never called or asked for a refund. It seems I’m not the only customer experiencing problems with them. You might have a good product, but without proper customer service, it's worthless.

I've visited numerous chocolate factories in NYC, and this one is definitely among the best.
