Despite having to clean ov... read more I previously worked at this restaurant and have personally seen roaches. The dishwashing process is rushed and seems deliberately so. Despite having to clean over a thousand trays, bins, bowls, and silverware, I was criticized for not cleaning fast enough. At times, there is a lack of sanitizer or hot water for proper rinsing, resulting in dishes being left on uncleaned racks where dirty dishes are also stored. The lids are left sitting in warm sanitizer water for hours. Eating here comes with a risk, so proceed with caution or if you are not concerned about how your food is prepared.
