Great coffee and amazing interior as well. Got myself a oatmilk latte and it was great.
Really beautiful coffee shop to start off. The place is quite large, with the roasting equipment in sight as you enter. Plenty of seating, I found a spot open as I walked in. I asked what they had on pourover and decided on a gesha they had. Really tasty brew. Fruity and floral notes, definitely worth the splurge for it. The baristas are busy here but very friendly and helpful as well.
Oat latte is good. Chocolate croissant is a home run! Late for guava croissant, need to be here earlier for it. Perfect vibe. Seats are a bit short for the crowd.
I'm a big fan of coffee, and I've been to a lot of coffee shops in my time. But Devoción Coffee is one of the best and has a very unique concept to their operation. They source their beans directly from Colombia, like many coffee houses. However, where they differ is they buy directly from the farms and have them ship it directly to them so that it can be roasted in-hoise and in your cup within 10 days of harvest. The result is a cup of coffee that is full of flavor and aroma. Plus, the latte art is always a delightful touch. In addition to the great coffee, Devoción has a lovely interior. The space is bright and airy, with a large skylight that lets in natural light. Really creates a welcoming, almost backyard like atmosphere. I will definitely be returning and will be ordering their beans for my at-home coffees.
Devoción in Williamsburg is a bright, plant-filled coffee destination where beans flown directly from Colombian farms are roasted in-house within days for vivid, aromatic cups. Skylights, a living wall and a small roastery create a backyard-like atmosphere ideal for remote work and people-watching, though seating fills quickly and lines can be long. Expect excellent lattes, notable latte art, and distinctive pastries (try the guava croissant), with minimal flavored add-ins and occasionally brisk barista service.

Devocion is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Williamsburg! The skylight and gorgeous plant wall give the cafe an amazing ambiance. There aren't many other coffee shops in Williamsburg that offer as much seating as Devicion, but the downside of this is that it's always packed with people working remotely. Most days you'll almost certainly need to wait for a seat. They also do not offer Wifi on weekends. The sparking cascara used to be my go-to drink order, as I've never been to a cafe that offers sparkling coffee drink before. However, they no longer offer the sparkling cascara on tap since they now sell it canned, which is a little disappointing, but not a huge deal. Now I usually order an iced latte, although it's worth noting that they do not offer flavored syrups (they do offer a self-serve simple syrup if you're looking to sweeten your latte). Food-wise, I recommend the guava croissant! It's perfectly flaky with a sweet guava filling that's super unique. The baristas aren't usually the friendliest, but don't let that deter you from coming. The coffee, pastries, and overall vibe certainly make up for it.

Incredibly flakey so be careful when taking a bite because I made a mess! The inside was soft and the filling was delicious.
Devocion offers an enchanting ambiance that makes it a standout coffee shop. Its interior is splendid, exuding an air of tranquillity that complements the coffee experience. The staff welcoming, adding a personal touch to the service. The coffee is nothing short of delicious, and the baked goods looked great. The only negative is that I cannot stand when coffee shops have bad lids and you have coffee on your hand before even leaving the café.
Welcoming interior atmosphere with an abundance of natural light almost felt like a patio but it was indoors. only got a cold brew but would try an espresso based drink next time.
