This Chipotle had good food and friendly staff. The staff were really kind and one worker named Mimi even complimented my hair, which really made my day. The food was pretty fresh, flavorful, and the waiting line was not super long. Its really good for a quick healthy lunch if you live nearby, especially because the only alternatives are fast food around Flatbush and Nostrand Ave. View all feedback.
What Malorie C doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I?m waiting for more chipotles to open in the area because this one is simply zero stars. On more than one occasion, the rice was crunchy. Once my guacamole came and was half brown on arrival (it didn?t take long to get to me so I know it left the store like that). This location needs their staff retrained. Luckily there are two more locations opening that are near me and will hopefully be in range on my delivery app... View all feedback.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The rice was overcooked and hard, and they had run out of several items. The wait for online orders was excessive, as was the line for walk-ins. I was surprised at how dry and stale the food was. To make matters worse, my guacamole had pits in it. I felt like my money was wasted, and the staff were quite rude—though maybe it was just a result of them being overwhelmed. I used to enjoy this place when it was on Ralph, but they've changed so much since then; they no longer serve their signature packs of guacamole. I placed an online order at the Nostrand location in Brooklyn, and it was just as bad: the food was overly salty and of poor quality, and they even forgot to include my two wraps with my order. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I've encountered numerous issues with this location, it's almost comical. As a Chipotle rewards member, I try to use the app to place my orders online whenever possible. I also prefer to order through Uber Eats or DoorDash, as they can modify their bowls according to what is actually in stock. Unfortunately, I keep coming back to this location because it’s only five minutes from my home. Today, I ordered a chicken and steak salad, chips with queso, and a side of guacamole, totaling $29.50 since the steak is $19. Instead of my correct order, they sent me an incomplete bowl with no cheese and no guacamole. The receipt printed out correctly with my full order, but somehow they managed to give me something entirely different. There wasn't even a label on the bowl indicating the type of protein, which is a simple step that could easily prevent errors like this. If I had the energy, I’d share screenshots of my order history and all the refunds Chipotle has had to issue for their mistakes. It’s frustrating, and I just wish things would improve.
I'm looking forward to more Chipotle locations opening nearby because this one deserves zero stars. On multiple occasions, the rice has been crispy. When my guacamole arrived, it was half brown, and it wasn't long after I ordered, so I know it wasn't fresh. This place really needs better staff. Luckily, there are two other locations close to me, and I'm hoping they'll be better options on my delivery apps.
I guess Monday is a bad day for them because the white rice is not cooked at all. they have to stop a spoon of meat with us. that's ridiculous and I'm chickening. better at this place
The burrito that cost me 18 dollars was super tiny and missing ingredients. Dont order from here, they have no idea what they are doing
