Omg if your in Brooklyn you have to visit BK Lobster!!! I've been there several times and am never disappointed!! Every roll is buttery deliciousness, I've even tried the shrimp basket which to my surprise was cooked to perfection!!! And the fries omg!!!! I also love the inside set up, just go try it and trust me you'll thank me later!!! View all feedback.

My mother I ordered two BK Lobster Rolls, we were told they no longer had enough meat at the location. It’s a lobster restaurant, how and why are you running out of meat? The difference we would’ve received for a refund was instead translated into a new meal and a few wings thrown in. Everything was good but disappointed that they do not serve alcohol.
The food was horrible I left most of it on the table and had to stop at Burger King on our way home for a meal.
The location is extremely small. Regularly, it looks like it holds 3 parties of 2, but due to social distancing there was only space for 1 group to sit. When we arrived the employee looked surprised when I said I had reservations and she said the couple sitting were almost done and I could order in the meantime. The couple looked relaxed and I didn’t know how long the wait would be so my friend and I decided to go to the Nostrand Ave location.
I should be able to give no stars. This place was trash. They should not have reservations here this place have people sitting in the front of the store with a bunch of ppl.
Horrible service was rude! The location is not worthy! Waste of a trip don’t waste your money or time
