Beatnic, formerly known as By Chloe, offers a varied dining experience that reflects a mix of opinions from its patrons. While some rave about the flavorful quinoa taco bowl and hearty vegan burgers, others highlight consistent issues with service and food preparation, such as long wait times and messy presentations. Although the staff is generally friendly and the atmosphere spacious, many long for the original concept's quality and charm. The restaurant remains fully vegan and reasonably priced, appealing to newcomers, but those familiar with By Chloe might find the transition unsatisfactory. Overall, potential diners may experience both highs and lows.

I definitely prefer this location to the one in Manhattan—it’s more spacious, the staff is a bit friendlier, and the food is tasty. However, as of 2023, it’s no longer By Chloe. I really miss the barley mushroom soup. That said, the staff remains friendly, the space is still roomy, and everything is still 100% vegan. If you weren’t familiar with By Chloe, you’ll probably enjoy this place. But if you were, you might f... View all feedback.
What N dislikes about Beatnic:
Chain restaurant with a limited menu. The dish was fine, interesting sure, but overall I found the menu underwhelming. I’m not vegan but go to them often enough with a friend and have enjoyed other spots more. Maybe because this is a chain so there’s no chef in the kitchen thinking of dishes? Anyways, good enough if you’re looking for vegan, but I wish there were a few more choices on the menu. View all feedback.

Really good, wholesome, and reasonably priced, with super friendly staff, and nice open (Covid spaced) seating. I wandered in bci was staying next door. Support this place and keep it around! Only criticism: they should use real, or at least compostable, utensils
The restaurant is no longer Chloe's, and I really miss their barley mushroom soup. However, the staff is still friendly, the place is spacious, and they are still 100% vegan. The food is decently good. If you are not familiar with By Chloe, you will enjoy this place. But if you knew By Chloe, you may not enjoy it as much.
