I loved the entire experience. You first enter via a curved corridor with gorgeous venetian plaster that you HAVE to touch. You can 't see the restaurant. Then, there it is. Curved concrete ceiling, beautiful wood and banquette. Very dimly lit but just perfect. At least in my opinion. They also managed to keep noise level very manageable. It 's understatedly elegant with clearly a lot of consideration in curating menu/material/shapes/etc. The menu is small plates with innovative flavors/flavor combo but nothing seems trying too hard . All very good. We absolutely loved the crispy rice and the pesto udon. Desert selection is a bit small but not that much an issue. Small but good selection of wine at very decent price. Refreshing, for a change! Anyway, I would certainly go back.
