The guy in the kitchen was so busy looking at his phone I'm surprised he didn't burn the place down. This was Sunday night. Probably will not go back, at least not to this one.

When he got back, the burrito was ice cold, and since they were closed, I couldn't take it back. I was so hungry that I decided to eat it anyway. After a few bites, it tasted really strange, as if the food was old, especially the meat, which made me feel nauseous. I'm really frustrated because we ended up eating out, and this is what I got.

I've been going to this chipotle for 5+ years and never once have I ever had a bad experience. Every worker here is consistent, they are never out of ingredients, with generous portions, and always packed with flavor. The wait is never long either. I've never done delivery or ordered ahead of time and I've always just gone inside to order so I can't say how delivery or online togo is. I've gone to so many chipotle locations and if you can't make it to this location second best is Wayzata.

When... read more I asked my boyfriend to pick up my usual order from Chipotle: a burrito with half steak, half shredded beef, brown rice, black beans, and all the toppings. When he got home, I found that the burrito was ICE COLD. Since they were already closed, I couldn't return it, and I was really hungry, so I decided to eat it anyway. However, after a few bites, the taste seemed unusual, especially the meat, and I quickly started to feel nauseous. This is really frustrating because we both ended up having to throw away our food, and this is the second time we've experienced this issue with Chipotle. I'm definitely planning to report this to the Better Business Bureau.
