We eat in and have takeaway from this restaurant regularly. The food is consistently good, service is fine and prices are good. Would recommend it as an easy solution for a quick meal or an evening with others. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Vietnam Sunrise:
Having given this restaurant 7 attempts over 3 years, I can confidently say that the food is quite good, the prices are very high, and the service and attitude of the staff and owner are absolutely shocking! The restaurant has no carpet and is very noisy when busy. We will not be giving any more money to this indifferent lot! View all feedback.
The personal is always very friendly, but this time they were missing in the ground as soon as we were ordered and he was delivered, we have never seen again, including when we tried to pay, we arranged the bell several times before one of our parties. to get the bar and the kitchen to get someone attention. eating was ok, but not as amazing as it was and I was underwhelmed by the size of the portion. would think twice before she returns.
We felt like eating vietnamese and found vietnam sunrise in the ab. book, so thought we had a try. fresh, clean, tasty eating. service was really good and would highly recommend.
I have never experienced anything like it Manager wanted to blame kitchen staff I had to say hang on buck stops with you you overbooked your restaurant and people walked out refusing to pay their bills as service was SO poor don't...blame your kitchen staff you were the one to put them under stress will never go back there nor will the people I was dining with !!!
Two of us came here for a birthday dinner. We had been here years before and didn’t rate it that highly back then, but this time things were quite different. They’ve obviously made some significant changes. The dining room is quite snazzy and has a...definite high end feel about it with nice pictures, mirrors and quality fixtures and fittings including furniture. The menu was really interesting with lots of good choices. The crab and asparagus soups for entree were really nice. For mains we shared three. Pork ribs with sweet and sour, salt and pepper squid (one of the best ever) and Chinese broccoli in garlic oyster sauce. All were very good and a definite step up in quality and presentation. We skipped desserts. Service was fast and friendly. We will be back for sure.
Had previously been here for dinner on a Saturday night and it was really popular. This time it was for lunch on Thursday and we were the only diners. It should have been quiet but they were very noisy setting up tables for dinner. Menu...was fairly basic and the seafood curry and lemongrass chicken were only average. Would not return in a hurry as there are so many other good Vietnamese restaurants in Adelaide.
