This place deserves to be recognized as a place of very affordable meals with a serene environment to boot (if the kids aren't too noisy or the crowds aren't bustling as much). The atmosphere is very similar to that of a food court but bear in mind that this place provides food of commendable quality if you lower your expectations and remind yourself that you are here on a budget or to buy furniture. What User doesn't like about Ikea Customer:
During our visit to Creative Ikea, we had to try their famous Swedish meatballs. We ordered the 10 meatballs, which came with a generous serving of delicious potatoes on the side. Unfortunately, they didn’t serve any cranberry sauce, which was disappointing. Additionally, the gravy presentation was unappealing—it came out of a ketchup-style dispenser from the waitress. Very poor service and sub standard food. the staff was not too friendly and the food was cold. very disappointing. is again visited at the IKEA Food Court.
After hours of furniture shopping in Ikea, we found ourselves famished. Because we are already there and the eatery is in the same building we decided to just eat there rather than drive some where else. As expected, it was like a cafeteria. You queue up and get the food that you want and pay at the checkout and demolished your food afterwards. Someone told the husband that the meatballs at Ikea restaurant was not bad so we decided to get that. It was not bad at all. The apple pie also caught my attention and I wanted to try it. Now that was a total fail, I wished I didn't get that as it was a waste of money. We only had a few bites and that definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
Ikea, ikea, ikea... famous for their legendary meatballs which unfortunately i can't eat anymore due to being vegetarian ? however for a simple food cafeteria set up it is pretty popular and convenient!
Had a normal meal in Adelaide Ikea. Pasta Bolognese was so good with Parmesan Cheese. Chocolate Musse tasted normal but with discounted price $2.95 only.
Ikea has become very ordinary since august so i doubt we will return. The apparent new menu meant less variety $5 chefs special consists of pie quiche fish (dont bother) dry chicken snitzels and whatever muck they want to serve this month was beef masala. breakfast special is $4 and very bland.
