After waiting for some... read more The fish and chips, along with the potato scallops, were exceptional! Unfortunately, the service from the owner left much to be desired. After waiting for some time, I noticed that she chose to help a local customer who had just approached the counter, even though it was obvious we had been waiting with no other customers around. Her attitude was rather uninviting; there were no smiles, just a rather grumpy demeanor. Because of this experience, I'm reluctant to recommend this restaurant to my friends. I typically share my favorite places with everyone when I enjoy great service. It would have made a significant difference if she had created a more welcoming atmosphere, especially since I've seen her in the news trying to attract more tourists and customers!
