The... read more The service was decent, but I’m giving this place one star for charging high-end restaurant prices for food that tastes more like it came from a food court. They presented the bill face up, like a casual eatery, processed my card at the table, and made me tip on the screen while the server held it. I would definitely steer clear of the ramen and sushi. The waitress claimed the ramen was made with tonkatsu broth, but it was really a very Americanized shoyu with overcooked noodles. The roll I ordered was supposed to be tasty, but it just tasted like cream cheese, which I hadn’t even ordered.

The only r... read more I’m so glad I finally visited this restaurant; I really enjoyed my experience. I found out that it’s owned by the same people behind Douzo and Basho. The only reason I discovered it was because the chopsticks had Douzo covers. I loved the chef’s special, as well as the uni, edamame, gyoza, and the pistachio chocolate gelato—delicious! I would definitely come back and I had a wonderful time.
