Amazing kosher burger and Shawarma spot on Harvard Street in Boston. There were six of us dining and we tried the loaded burger, hotdog, Shawarma and falafel plate, and tuna salad pita. The staff was friendly and attentive, making it a hit with the whole family. We will definitely be returning. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rami's:
The restaurant has unreliable hours. The food is decent, but you can never be sure when they will suddenly close for a moon ritual or something similar. I wasted time and gas going there at a regular time only to find them closed. They need to have more consistent and respectful hours. Also, be cautious when asking for extra pickles because they might charge you for it without warning. Overall, it's not worth the fru... View all feedback.
Super Israeli food! fresh and tasty. great customer service.
I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years, always ordering the same thing: a falafel in a pita. This time I ordered it to go and noticed a sharp increase in the price since I was there several months ago. I understand restaurants need to charge more due to COVID, but the increase seemed significantly more than I remembered. Anyway, that would’ve been forgotten were it not for the fact that when I opened the sandwich at home, it was missing falafel! Instead it had tuna, something I hate. I immediately called Rami’s to tell them of the problem. The woman on the phone made me repeat what I ordered, the time I placed the order, etc. She found the receipt apparently and said “oh yeah – that was a tuna in a pita you ordered”. I told her I never ordered a tuna and that I’ve NEVER ordered anything at Rami’s except a falafel in a pita. I asked to speak to the owner and learned that the woman I had been discussing this problem with was the owner’s daughter. She finally said “come in tomorrow and I’ll give you a falafel on the house, but I know what you said and you ordered a tuna”. She then hung up on me. WOW!!!! Rami has lost a customer for good. What a pity to see this place decline so much!
Came here because restaurant that was planeed was full another we couldnt dine in so we came across this one ??. All the food was great including boureka, pita falafel, Israeli fruit nectar baklava. Atmosphere was relaxing but only downside was some seating were close to another.
Very disappointing. The only good thing was the pita bread, which was fresh. There was no hummus on my grilled chicken order and it was mostly veggies with hardly any chicken. The chicken was not good.Really bummed because I’ve heard good things about this place but it just didn't live up to expectations. If you want good middle eastern food head on over to Watertown…
Very average food. Didn’t live up to exceptions set by these google reviews. Staff was friendly and nice though.
