China One - Brooklet
China One
Description
Tucked away in Brooklet, this unpretentious takeout Chinese spot draws locals with reliably tasty classics—Kung Pao, Sesame Chicken, Mongolian Beef, Crab Rangoon and standout hot-and-sour—served with friendly service. Meals arrive in paper/Styrofoam with plastic utensils and prices sit slightly above some nearby options. Expect strong flavors but uneven consistency: waits can be long, and occasional undercooked or off-smelling items were reported. Great for quick, flavorful takeout if you live nearby, but be cautious with temperature-sensitive dishes and expect casual packaging.

It solves the need for fresh foods in the area, since in that small town it is the only restaurant. But they should give more attention to the dining room regarding cleanliness and eliminate obsolete buffet equipment that is not used, that gives a very bad image.
I order the same thing all the time but there food is best around if your looking for Chinese food .
I visited China 1 with a specific goal in mind: I was on a quest for some shrimp fried rice, both with and without shrimp, since I hadn't had any in a while. I was surprised to find that they no longer include garden peas in the rice. That's my only complaint—please bring back the peas! However, I always love the egg rolls, and they did not disappoint this time either.
