I had some reservations after reading the reviews, but I believe it's always best to form my own opinion. I'm glad I gave it a try! I ordered the chicken biscuit with hash browns and sweet tea. The food was hot and fresh, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the tea was! I can't wait to try one of the burgers next! View all feedback.

I had a terrible experience with customer service during my first visit, and I won't be returning. The hamburger was far from fresh, featuring a small, overcooked patty on a large bun, accompanied by a scant amount of lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. The ordering system really needs an update at all locations. It should be a quick and straightforward process, rather than going through a checklist just to get what the "big" combo should already include. Despite this, I will continue to dine at this restaurant and enjoy the menu, but streamlining the ordering process would definitely make more sense for today's and future generations.
I really enjoy Ward's restaurant. I was fortunate enough to get hired about four months ago, and now that I’m a bit closer to the location, I’m excited to start!
The pancakes were disappointing this time, unlike before. The prices need some adjustment. However, the new chef is really impressing!
