Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to orderanything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.

They convinced me that a meal would be cheaper, so I did it well. What? The chicken wounded as a wing piece that apparently died from age, but was first left dry. The gray instantmaic potatoes were also unusable with gravity. PS: The cookie was good and warm. You forgot the butter I asked, but fortunately they had some in our refrigerator in the office.

The manager took an umbrella and offered to escort customers to their cars. As people parked, he was ready to guide them inside. That was very kind of him—I really didn't expect it.

I went through the drive-thru and paid at the window, only to be told to wait inside by the front door for my simple order. Apparently, this is their standard procedure, but it’s not very efficient in my opinion. My Crunchwrap, which I ordered without lettuce, came with lettuce anyway. The kind gentleman who brought it out seemed just as frustrated as anyone would be working such an inefficient drive-thru. Now I understand why this KFC Taco Bell was so empty in the middle of the afternoon.
