Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to order anything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.

I went on the ride thru to pick up my order because I had a year old and 4... read more It was a Friday night and pour like a mansoon, I ordered online for a 5:45 h pickup. I went on the ride thru to pick up my order because I had a year old and 4 years old in the car and did not want it out of the car in bad weather. I was told to move to the front of the shop I did. Maybe 5 minutes later, a gentleman came out that they had to do Mac and cheese and it took about 13 minutes. I agreed to wait because my kids really wanted Mac and cheese. I apologized automatically and the guy said not to apologize for it's your food. So I waited the time for them to make it, and then I looked at what I did in the car and the female employees stood at the front door. She came out to give me my food, even though I could say she was worried about the weather. Thank you for helping a parent. It is not always easy to get all children out of the car, and I guess both employees come on their own to talk to us and then came out to deliver the food to our car. Definitely went beyond and beyond. Thanks again!
