They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails u... read more The new location is nice, but I experienced the same lack of communication that I've heard about from others. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails until a few days before the event, at which point Hippo Hop is quite responsive. I knew that some siblings would be attending the party, and I was informed beforehand that others planned to cover their costs. I mentioned this to the party host, but it seems that information didn’t reach the cashier. Now I'm concerned that we might have been double charged since I heard from others that they intended to pay for the siblings, and it seems everyone was added to our party tab, which ultimately made the event more expensive than I anticipated. Additionally, I felt pressure to leave a generous tip and worry that I over-tipped (which is my responsibility). Overall, I have some questions regarding the financial side of things.

The staff was friendly, and the manager, Amanda, was exceptionally kind and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!

Lots of space for 6y Olds to run round f... read more Birthday party with 10 guests was lots of fun, party host was helpful setting up. Made sure food was ready on schedule. Lots of space for 6y Olds to run round for couple hours. Definitely good value for money. Wound do this again!
