The Pivot Room – Brookfield

Beautiful place, but could improve. Eating was average, good taste, but nothing they absolutely want back. the service was very slow. the waiter always forgets what we wanted. the waiter said the delay was a result of the kitchen that fell behind, but it was not busy at all. it was also so cold in the restaurant that we could not relax. we had to keep our moms and maybe wear gloves if we don't try to eat. it is not a place where I want to go back immediately. hopefully they will make the necessary improvements to customer service and climate. if changes are made, it could be a great place to dinate.

A terrible experience for dinner here. only plus was that eating had a good taste. could not order a side of pommes to go with our sliders. the only option was a pfund pommes, literally. the service was terrible. it took 20 minutes between the server that made drinks, took orders and got dinge that we needed. I don't think we'll ever go back to eat there. activities looked cool, but they were all borrowed for a private event.

The eating ambiente was good, but the service the time to get our food was far too long, as there were very few people when we were there. it was a fun atmosphere then we went bowling, after which was great. fun place!

Food was exceptional and had a very nice lunch here.

Nice concept but they have a long way to go with customer service.
