Melissa and Jameel were phenomenal at the drive-through tonight. Quick and friendly customer service that was way above my expectations, and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend you come here

Flame-grilled burgers, classic hot dogs, Italian beef, and their one-of-a-kind chocolate cake shakes. I've never had a bad meal here, and I don't expect that I ever will! Parking: There is a very large free parking lot.

Portillo’s has great food. But this particular location always gets our order wrong. Always. We get takeout from here around six times a year. We always check the bag before we go, but apparently not thoroughly enough. There is always missing cheese dip or sandwich dip. Or the sandwich is made incorrectly. In the beginning, they would miss major items, which led to the subsequent checking. They always find a way to disappoint you, though. I’ve tried calling. They used to send a refund for missing sandwiches or cheese dip, eat. Now, they will put you on hold and eventually hang up on you. Tl;dr. If you order takeout, fully check your order before leaving the premises. There is a 100% they got your order wrong.

Have done pick-up and carry out orders in the past and have always been great so we decided to try this location again for a family dinner. When I walked in to pickup my order both times I waited for quite a while for someone to come to the counter and when they came they were not very nice when handling the order or interacting with me. Then, when receiving the order it was missing the 2 salads I had ordered (half the meal) and I had to drive all the way back to go pick it up. The food was also not very good this time, fries were soggy and most of the food was cold. Very disappointing as we have had great experiences in the past.

Great location and INCREDIBLY CLEAN! I'VE BEEN A FAN OF PORTILLO'S FOR OVER 40 YEARS! MOSTLY IN CHICAGO. Every time I find myself in Wisconsin I always stop in the Brookfield store. If you've never experienced Portillo's beef you are doing yourself a disservice. So stop in ASAP!
