Just placed my first order for what I thought was a new pizza shop. Delivery was left on the porch. No door knock no phone call, I peeked out the door in anticipation of my delivery and it was sitting on the floor. So I take it in to my family, the pizza is cold and my large boneless wing order has a total of 7 bites in it, site claims 14+. Worst pizza I’ve had in a while. Advertise under “Pasqually’s”, but really just a Chuck E. Cheese. Food was promised in under an hour. Took almost 2. When called to complain, staff said it is all DoorDash’s fault. Didn’t get sauces or napkins. Would call and discuss with the manager, but told several times “there is nothing we can do”. The food arrived quickly but was still somehow cold. There was a missing item and the rest of the order was wrong. I might biased at this point but there are probably frozen pizzas more affordable and better tasting.
They had ok rating a on Grub Hub but those must be lies. Cardboard crust, my meat ball dunkers were just chopped up sausage, my fries were practically raw, and they didn’t even put all the toppings on their “specialty pizza”. Very disappointing!
Worst pizza ever. We ordered online through DoorDash did not know it was Chuck E. Cheese got a cheese pizza with pineapple on it when we ordered a pepperoni and sausage with extra cheese and two cheese breads tried to contact DoorDash and never got any response said they could not refund our money
