Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Usually this place does a really good job but lately I ordered online the chicken garlic pizza with customized ingredients list which when I picked up the pizza it was already waiting for me wrapped up but missing the ingredients I added plus when I gothome and cooked the chicken garlic pizza and we ate it was plain tasting like it had no garlic flavor like the last time as ifthey forgot to add something. The last time it tasted Really good but this time not good at all no flavor. Also the Hawaiianpizza was also missing the onion's and green peppers I added plus I put normal for cheese and there was way to much cheese as Idid not pick extra cheese.. sadly Im willing to give a better review when they start doing better..

I waited for 25 minutes while all other customers had already received their orders. I watched as the staff completed multiple call-in orders while I waited for my second pizza.

The pizza is always great at this restaurant. However, online ordering is not effective on Tuesdays when pizzas are priced at $10. Keep this in mind when ordering.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Brookfield, Wisconsin location on Calhoun Road. On May 20, 2022, at 6:45pm, my family and I decided to order pizzas for dinner. Despite the store closing at 7pm according to Google, I attempted to call twice to place an order. As we were already on our way, we arrived at the store at 7:00pm. The lights were on, the OPEN sign was lit, and there were 3 employees and 2 customers inside. The door was unlocked, so I walked in. One employee was still making pizzas, so I patiently waited my turn. After several minutes, an employee approached me at the cash register and informed me, "Ma'am, we're closed." I pointed out that the store was still open when I entered, but the employee just stared at me blankly and did not respond. When I mentioned that I had tried to call, another employee simply stated, "We've been busy." I observed that nothing was being put away, and the employee replied, "That's what we're doing now." Soon after, one of the employees turned off the OPEN sign, while the others removed their gloves and went into the back. I felt compelled to try and assist them in clearing out since they were unable to provide basic customer service. In conclusion, I recommend avoiding this location due to the poor service.

THIS PLACE IS GREAT. WE HAVE ALL DONE OUR MARTIS , DOMINOS AND THE LOU. FOR TIME EFFICENCY...QUALITY OF INGREDIENTS, EXPERT CRAFTSMANSHIP AND PRICE. THIS PIZZA PURVEYOR CANNOT BE BEAT. HANDS ON NEW OWNER WHO REALLY CARES. MURPHYS IS A WINNER!
