Used to hate Panera. Overpriced in the past and had been unimpressed by less than average staff. HOWEVER I love it now save am am potentially a future advocate thanks to the unlimited sip cup experience!!! Awesome coupons and rewards. Within one week of use I have received a free half dozen bagels, treats and discounts. I hope this continues if so, I will be a fan for life!!!Love the unlimited sip cup! View all feedback.
Ordered for pickup, 20min AFTER the estimate, still waiting, no apology. Maybe staff appropriately or at least update the app because it is very very wrong
The staff is very friendly and courteous. Our orders are always as per the request. Never disappointed. The wait time is very less as well. We love the Mediterranean sandwiches ? and the squash soup ?.
I love Panera. This one made my food perfectly, my sip club is worth every penny highly recommend Panera in general.
Usually not too busy even on a Friday night for dine in. Love the bacon and avocado sandwich...soups in bread bowl are the best ?
I belong to the SIP Club and had to wait to get a cup because they moved them behind the counter. This has changed in the last couple of days.
