Panda Express - Brookfield

One of my favorite places to eat a fast and tasty meal in Brookfield. You will always receive a reception with a quick survey that will give you a free duck during your next visit. My favorite options are Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken with Chow Mein. I love the hot mustard sauce. Service is good, but sometimes you need to wait 10 min when they run out of an article. It will be super fresh!

If there is any kind of line when you go in, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Service is incredibly slow, and no one seems motivated to speed it up in any way. You get 2 stars because they good orange chicken

That's the best Panda Express I've ever done. The orange chicken was so good I had to change my pants twice! This place is located in another league compared to other locations in the area, banquet and bussin service.

Food?s good (mediocre chinese eating best, but, hey, it?s the only fast food gig in town, why not) but the Brookfield site seems always a problem with long waiting times for many of their foods that are not prefabricated in appropriate amounts. Recently, I appeared at 8:20, 10 minutes before closing, and they would not take my order in the drive thru and ignore me. The door to the restaurant was well closed even before the closing time of 8:30. Not cool. Your okay panda, but you? Stood in line by myself no one else in line one car at drive thru 3 more cars pulled up in drive thru 3 team members working drive thru no one greeted me or helped me 7 mins. Ther were 6 team members were working at the time. This is just bad service. At least someone could have said be with you. Then once served no sorry for the wait. Customer service could use some work.
