Outback Steakhouse - Brookfield

I requested a gluten-free option but the server seemed unsure about it. The salad I ordered came with croutons, which was disappointing.

I love the appetizers and the delicious, buttery bread. The ribs were incredible.

The team at this restaurant is exceptional, especially LaShundra. They took great care of my family, with the bartender even going above and beyond to make a special drink for my Mother-in-law. They also made sure she got her lost cell phone back. This team is amazing!

As far as chain restaurants go, it was very good. Mixed drink was good and expensive. Loaded baked potato was not loaded terrible, but not bad. French onion soup and steak were pretty good. (We usually go to places with home cooking, so we are a little pampered. Service was good, but it wasn't a peak time, so it was pretty empty.

Just went here for a dinner with family. Called ahead and was apologized to that there would be about a half hour wait as they were short staffed on servers. When we arrived the Hosts was extremely friendly and we were seated much quicker than we expected. Our Server Kendra was very friendly, knowledgeable, capable and accommodating. She never made us feel like she was busy and even though we knew she had other tables she made us feel like we were the only people she was serving. She had a genuine quality to her that made ordering feel more like you were asking a friend not the employee of a restaurant. I opted for healthier choices which Kendra relayed to the chef upon preparation. The food was very good, exactly how we ordered it and spiced perfectly! With how hard it is to find good help right now our expectations were surpassed in spades. Our thanks goes to the entire staff for an amazing meal and a friendly down to earth staff.
