I've been a regular customer before and previously had good experiences with the staff, but after this, I won't be returning.

Grubhub messed up, and when I reached out for clarification, all I got was a mention of the refund and nothing else. This is exactly how businesses lose customers. It seems that when a situation goes awry, Off Broadway Pizza doesn't prioritize its customers at all.
