We received a flyer stating it was under new ownership so decided to try because old owners were terrible. Our food was tasteless and my husbands chicken was rubbery and wierd like it wasn’t even cooked. My egg foo young gravy was a strange brownjelly consistency completely unedible. No crab in crab ragoon but lots of thick egg roll like wrap around plain cream cheese.$35.00 worth of food went down the garbage disposal . Don’t waste your time or money.
I've ordered twice now and I really like the food and quality. I know time will tell on the consistency and quality, but so far A+
My first time order was vegetable Egg Foo Young. When I returned home and opened it up, I found it had no sauce and the rice and egg roll were packed in the same container with the egg foo young patties. When I called, I was told that she forgot thesauce. Mistakes can happen but I was up to maki g another 45 min. ride. I would not order from Mings again as I like to storeleftover rice alone and the leftover egg foo young with the sauce in it's own container. I guess this place is for someoneelse.
We tried Mings for the first time on Sunday. The food was excellent and the wait tie was only 20 minutes. We'll be going back!!!!
My husband ordered here for my birthday. We purchased 4 different dishes for my adult kids and grands. I must say this was the worst Chinese Food I’ve ever experienced! There were literally 4 cashews in a cashew PINT dish. ALL the meat was dried out andtasted like 2 day old delivery. Very disappointed and we tossed that mailing.

I had a disappointing first experience at this restaurant. While I believe the food could be decent overall, my order was a letdown. I ordered crab rangoons, and out of the six I received, four had no cream cheese or filling. Additionally, I only got one pint of rice when I should have received two for both my wife and me. To make matters worse, our meals were completely incorrect. We specifically requested two Mongolian Beef dinners that were supposed to be mild, but instead, we got extremely spicy versions that we couldn't even finish. Perhaps it was just a stroke of bad luck, but first impressions truly matter!
I requested my meal without green peppers, but I ended up receiving fried rice that was actually plain white rice. Additionally, I ordered a Spring Roll for $4, and it turned out to be very hard and dry.
I love their lemon chicken! That lemon sauce is awesome and the chicken, nice and crispy and real meat.

My first order was the vegetable Egg Foo Young. When I got home and opened it, there was no sauce, and the rice and egg roll were all packed together in the same container as the egg foo young patties. When I called, they said they forgot the sauce. Mistakes happen, but I wasn’t willing to make another 45-minute trip. I won’t be ordering from Mings again because I prefer to store leftover rice separately from the egg foo young and its sauce. I guess this place is better suited for someone else.
We received a flyer announcing that the restaurant is under new ownership, so we decided to give it a try since the previous owners were terrible. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food lacked flavor, and my husband's chicken was gummy and undercooked. My egg foo young had a strange brown gelatinous texture that was completely inedible. There was no crab in the crab dish, just a lot of thick egg roll-like pieces. We spent $35, and the food ended up in the trash. Save your time and money—don't bother with this place.
For my birthday, my husband ordered from Mings for me. We chose four different dishes to share with our adult children. Unfortunately, this was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The cashew chicken had only four cashews, and all the meat was dry and tasted like it had been sitting for two days. We were very disappointed and ended up sending an email to express our concerns.
I've ordered from Mings twice so far, and I really appreciate the taste and quality of the food. While only time can confirm consistency and overall standards, for now, I'm rating it an A.
