The DoorDash supplier at Brookfield site did not show up, so AJ called and said he would deliver our pizza after he closed the store. SUCH a nice guy and sitting outside for the pizza was totally fine! Thanks AJ! View all feedback.

The supplier had dumped garbage from his car when he got out? it was garbage at his feet through the gas and brake pedals and in the passenger seat. He said I had to sign a reception and couldn't find him. It was a disgusting delivery experience and the pizza tasted like rubber. Disgusting pizza. Amazing staff and good food!! Okay, now for the story. It was my birthday on Saturday, and my father surprised me with Jet's pizza. Of course, it was a surprise because I had no idea that the supplier was even down. My dad literally had to call me and tell me to check my door. But that wasn't even the hearty part. I told my father thanks for the pizza, wings, bread sticks, pop, and especially this chocolate chip cookie because it tasted delicious. And my dad goes, what kind of cookie? I didn't order a cookie. So, let me just say you're the staff at Jet's Pizza in Brookfield, WI. This kind of gesture really warmed my heart! My father didn't even know Lol. Man, it was like I had two surprises this day... a pizza and a cookie. And so I don't say that the staff gives free food, but I know for my birthday I have a beautiful birthday surprise. Thanks again!

Pizza was great no issues there! However, the employee over the phone wasn?t able to answer any questions about the sizing or toppings available for any pizzas, so I had to start an online order just to see a list of toppings.

Being from MI I absolutely love Jets. Super Special, well done, extra sauce, and turbo crust is the way to go. However, this location seems to be poorly run. It?s the closest location so I?ll always try here first. Last time they had no bread for turbo sticks so went to Waukesha location (further drive) and no issues. Today at noon I tried setting up an online order for 1700 pick up. Mobile app didn?t give me the option so I called. When I called they stated no orders during 1430-2030. That is prime time for super bowl. What a poorly managed location and process. Went to Lou Malnati?s mobile app (didn?t have time to drive to Jets Waukesha) and ordered 3 deep dishes and cheese sticks for 1700 pick up with no issues. How can Lou?s manage to make pizzas today between 1430-2030 when this Jets location can?t? How can Jets Waukesha have turbo sticks in stock when this location didn?t? If you want Jets try the Waukesha location.

I have ordered from here many times. Last two out of three? the order was wrong, delivery took over an hour and forty five minutes and the customer service was terrible. The manager is very nice and I try to speak to her when I have called. Everyone else may be brain dead. I have never had these issues ordering from the Jets in Milwaukee off Greenfield Ave. Sorry guys but you have lost my business. To the manager, you are fantastic and you have helped me out every time I have called so thank you very much!

We long sought good pizza in Milwaukee. Decided to try Jet's Pizza in Wauwatosa at 124th North. The pizza is fine and better than many in the Cream City. I had the gluten free pizza which was good. Still not as good as some of the pizzas we have had in other cities, but not bad overall. Friendly and attentive staff.
