Embassy Suites By Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

This hotel was beautiful and it has a huge breakfast buffet with so many options. The bed was comfortable. My low review was because there was a wet moldy ceiling tile in our room, and when I checked out, the lady at the desk told me that the manager would call me to talk to me about it and I did not recive any call or email from the manager or any change in my room cost.

One of the most spacious hotels I’ve seen! I especially loved the customer service provided here, specifically Niesha, who was extremely friendly and kind in helping us.

Nice clean place to stay. The staff were very attentive to all our needs. Everyone at the front desk were good. We especially remember Connie who served us with a great smile.

Great staff!! Had a small incident upon arrival, but staff and HR reacted appropriately with their kindness and assistance!Our bed was not the most comfortable.The happy hour and breakfast are amazing.Connie was a ray of sunshine!!

Service was not great. Room was terribly dirty. Food on floor, hair in the tub, toilet totally gross. Got no response when asked to get it cleaned. Breakfast was good though. Totally not worth the price unless they start actually cleaning.Rooms: Rooms were ok. Just really dirty
