Dunkin' - Brookfield

I see why this place is rated what it is... NASTY... employees seem unaware of the items they offer.. like. If i order a cocoa mocha latte, theres only ONE of those on the menu.. tell me why you ring me up for a coffee with mocha swirl in it... and it still wasnt made correctly.. absolute garbage. First AND LAST time i will ever step foot in this place. I will say the premises was clean! Thats it! How do you work somewhere and dont know how to make items you offer...?

Absolutely TERRIBLE location. almost every time i go my order is wrong. no one knows what they offer. do not go here and waste your time and money go to a different location.

Horrible customer service. Gave my mobile order to some random person then tried to convince me I picked it up or someone else I knew.

I've been in the long run. my coffee has been hit or missed here too. I miss the hayestown dunkin! still best!

It is a constant irritation when I come to work and noticed that they did not make my ice and bee on a croissant right. they have made sausages, eggs and cheese, as I have asked clearly. they do it all the time. that happened to me about four times now, and once my ice cream was a hazelnut monkey.
