Dunkin' - Brookfield
Dunkin'
Description
A neighborhood Dunkin' presents a clean, casual spot with friendly, dog‑welcoming staff and reliably good coffee, but inconsistent food quality and order accuracy undermine the experience. Patrons enjoy pup cups and a convenient stop en route to local errands, yet missing classic donut varieties and occasional stale or incorrectly prepared items—sandwiches, avocado toast and specialty lattes—leave regulars frustrated. It’s comfortable and welcoming, but inconsistent execution suggests caution for those seeking dependable breakfasts.

I ordered avocado toast and it wasn't fresh at all. from morning to left. very disappointing like any other, it was delicious. - That's all. I paid for fresh. just not fair.
It is a constant irritation when I come to work and noticed that they did not make my ice and bee on a croissant right. they have made sausages, eggs and cheese, as I have asked clearly. they do it all the time. that happened to me about four times now, and once my ice cream was a hazelnut monkey.
The most bad customer service. Beyond rude every single morning I go for my coffee, one of the ladies really has to give up their job because it is the rude thing on earth and never will go back here.
