Customer service was excellent and the hearing aid center and the visual centers were eye opening (no point intended). Very professional. I'm just not a fan of shopping. If I were, that would be a five-star rating.

During the peak of the pandemic, the staff went above and beyond to ensure the safety of their customers. They set up organized lines along the side of the building, actively making sure that people maintained a 6-foot distance. This dedication has stuck with me, as it was a frightening time for everyone, and the staff truly did their best to protect us.
