Whenever they’re even a little busy, calling to place an order is a nightmare—they pick up the phone only to hang up repeatedly, making it impossible to get through. Sometimes they take the phone off the hook entirely, leaving you unable to reach them for an hour. When you finally do place an order, either by phone or in person, the staff are incredibly rude. Every employee seems unhappy and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering. I’ve never felt so let down by a business. The food is decent, but I won’t be coming back. I used to be a regular, but now I dread every visit. Save yourself the trouble and go to White Turkey Deli instead, just a couple of minutes down the road.

Being the only bagel shop in town is probably the only reason I keep coming back despite these issues.

My typical order is one scrambled egg with a hash brown patty, ch... read more I've been going to Bagelman for breakfast at least three times a week for the past six months. My typical order is one scrambled egg with a hash brown patty, cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Unfortunately, my order has been incorrect almost every time—sometimes I get the wrong bagel, or I’m missing the cheese, salt, or pepper, and other times the hash brown isn't included. I love the bagels, but I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the constant errors in my order.

It’s not only about bagels; they serve tasty breakfast sandwiches and excellent coffee too! Their menu also includes salads, fresh fruit, sandwiches, and more. The cold bean salad is especially worth trying. Additionally, they offer almond milk for coffee, which is a great bonus!

I particularly enjoy the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken Philly. My son's favorite is the bacon, egg, and cheese topped with a hash brown, and the bagels are also fantastic. I truly love the French toast coffee, but it's unfortunate that it's only offered seasonally.
