They really need to improve their... read more The food has always been great, but the employees at this location, as well as the one in Danbury, often have poor attitudes. They really need to improve their customer service skills. No matter how good the food is, bad service can overshadow it. As a result, I've started going to a deli that values my business and knows how to treat customers well.

Otherwise they won't fix it for you, won't refund you what you thought you were buying, and will unprofessionally debate with you about something you PAID for but didn't get. Absolutely crazy, danbury and new milford is better than brookfield, drive the extra for the quality and service. Don't make my mistake

Whenever they’re even a little busy, calling to place an order is a nightmare—they pick up the phone only to hang up repeatedly, making it impossible to get through. Sometimes they take the phone off the hook entirely, leaving you unable to reach them for an hour. When you finally do place an order, either by phone or in person, the staff are incredibly rude. Every employee seems unhappy and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them just by ordering. I’ve never felt so let down by a business. The food is decent, but I won’t be coming back. I used to be a regular, but now I dread every visit. Save yourself the trouble and go to White Turkey Deli instead, just a couple of minutes down the road.

Being the only bagel shop in town is probably the only reason I keep coming back despite these issues.
