Badger Burger Company Brookfield

1st time visiting and it's a nice location in a small strip mall. We were greeted by a very pleasant older gentleman. Who let us sit in the bar area. Our waiter came over with menus and took our drink order. And we noticed it was $8 double talls.. After returning with the drinks we ordered a 4 slice garlic cheese bread appetizer and our burger order. Mine was a mushroom and swiss with a side of mayo and it came with chive fries. I forgot what the others ordered.So the double tall Peach Crown and lemonade arrived, it was on point. Perfect amount of sweet and strong.Appetizer arrives next.. it was the sliced garlic toast with alot of extra cheesy goodness on top ?Then the burger arrives hot and fresh with fries +chives sprinkled on them.The mushroom sauce was good, could've been sloppier to me. Had lettuce tomatoes and a BUNCH of overwhelming purple onions. Definitely had remove those before they took over the taste of the burger. Also removed the lettuce and tomato, I wanted to taste just burger with mushroom sauce and swiss cheese.Over all it was a good experience and I will return, especially for those $8 Double talls. Staff was very pleasant and towards the end of the night an older gentleman who I assumed was the owner bought us a round of shots and participated in drinking them.. love the atmosphere but wasn't a fan of the early hours closing time.

Went to pick up take out and took a while before anyone asked if they could help and took another 15mins to get my order But I do have to say the food was very impressive. I know burgers as a connoisseur and they have some of the best burgers. Pizza was also top notch although it could have been cooked longer. Will def be going back!.

Cool atmosphere. I didn’t mind waiting to be seated a bit as the waitress was finishing another task and was very sweet. This being said the food was absolutely disappointing. I ordered a make your own mac n cheese with bacon,chicken,roasted red pepper, sautéed onions, and jalepenos. It came without bacon entirely which the waitress brough a plate with a side of bacon to put on it which I appreciated. The roasted red pepper were in fact not roasted but diced red pepper thrown on the flat top momentarily with the onions. Neither of which were even soft as if they were “sautéed”. The cheese sauce was soup ish in consistency. No bread crumb or anything when baked to add texture. Very disappointed as I don’t go out often and me and my date were excited to try the mac n cheese

We should have known that seeing it dead in there on a Saturday evening was a bad sign.. the customer service was awful, staff are allowed to have earbuds in while working. No shock then that our order got screwed up probably because he couldn’t hear us. Then he tried to convince me to keep the mistakenly made meal. The re-make took unusually long, yet we were the only table in there eating. The manager seemed nice but they didn’t comp us anything even after the mistake. The waiter dropped off the check at our table which was full of dirty glasses and plates that he didn’t bother clearing. When we left, the server/host didn’t thank us or say goodbye as we passed him walking out.

I hosted a surprise retirement party for my husband at Game Show Battle Rooms for our family ranging in age from 21-64. I needed a casual dinner place afterwards for a party of 17 people so they recommended that I contact Badger Burger Bar. I was not disappointed!! Kevin was so helpful and responsive. The planning was so easy. They have an upstairs area that we could use that was private. The buffet of pizza, garlic bread, salad, veggies dip and snacks was delicious! They offer pitchers of beer (great selection) and wines by the bottle. We had such a great time and extension of the fun that began at GSBR. This is a winning combination for a party!!
