So good! We got the first arepa on the menu and a chicken and avocado arepa and they gave us an empanada to try. It was really fun to try Venezuelan food and so delicious! I loved the cilantro sauce omg I?ll be thinking about it for days. Lots of nice cozy seating around the fireplace. It?s in the Brookfield Square food court across from a local Indian counter serve that also looks excellent. We?ll be back! View all feedback.
What Gina D doesn't like about Arepa’s Place Wi:
Tried for the first time this weekend. Went with a beef and cheese (Gouda is the only option) arepa, and a garlic cilantro sauce on the side. The sauce was ok, but not worth $1. Overall, it was ok. Very greasy! If I happen to be at the mall and we decide to eat in the mall, I 'd eat it again. My husband said he wouldn 't. Our son (teen) tried a bite a said meh . The service was good, the 2 gentlemen working were nice... View all feedback.

I agree with all the 5 star comments. This place is so good, I will take my hubby here for a date, even though it's a mall food court. (A good place to take a walk on the cold winter days. They are made fresh when you order, so it takes about 10 min to get your food. Everything we ordered was very delicious.
It's difficult to express just how fantastic Arepa's Place is. We hired them to cater our wedding reception with their empanadas, and the feedback we received was exceptional. Everyone adored the empanadas, and the food truck atmosphere added to the experience. The empanadas were made to order, ensuring they were hot and fresh when our guests were hungry. The pricing was also very reasonable for a food truck, especially compared to typical wedding catering, and the quality far surpassed standard wedding fare. We can't thank them enough for being part of our special day!
I first discovered Arepas on TV and decided to look up this restaurant! I'm really glad I did! I tried the Beef Empanada and the Chicken Salad Arepa, and they were both AMAZING!!! Considering the price, it’s definitely worth every penny!
If you're on the North Shore, this place is definitely worth the drive. The service is friendly, and the arepas are fantastic—best enjoyed on-site, but they're still delicious for takeout! It's a true hidden gem! Just a heads up: it's located in a food court at the mall. To make your trip easier, park near Learning Express Toys to cut down on walking distance.
