eating is always good at this mcdonald’s, but often the line is so long that they are secured on snow road. they would achieve five stars with me if they would redesign their journey so they didn't have to sit on the snow road for 10 minutes. View all feedback.

that was all in order, the first cashier had a great job. but other visits to this location I had problems with the employees who are rude when their own app does not work. I went and redeemed points and they said it was already used. I had just redeemed them while going through, and all the workers had the manager. but as I said, today's visit was very good maybe because I just ordered a coffee. View all feedback.
I want to share my experience at your restaurant, which I found incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of your staff. Upon entering, I noticed two employees running around the dining area, ignoring customers who were waiting to be served. Not one person greeted me or any of the other guests. While I was at the register, I saw a young lady in the back of the food line wearing sunglasses and talking on her cell phone, completely disengaged from her work. The young woman handling the drive-through was confused about the orders, which was concerning. I placed a very simple order: a McChicken without lettuce, adding cheese, and a large Mocha Frap with Oreos. However, they were out of Oreos, and the employee who took my order was rude. She didn't even offer to refund me for the missing Oreos. When I returned to my car and opened my sandwich, I was disappointed to find lettuce on it, no cheese, and, for some reason, pickles. It wasn't even the premium chicken that I had ordered. I checked the sticker on the sandwich, and it clearly stated my original request—no lettuce and add cheese. Frustrated, I went back inside and, I admit, I used one curse word out of exasperation. Instead of addressing my concern, the manager on duty seemed more interested in defending the staff than resolving the issue. He quickly refunded my money without offering a replacement sandwich, despite my time constraints. His rude demeanor in front of other customers was far from sympathetic and left me feeling undervalued as a guest. I have never experienced such poor customer service anywhere else. It was not just me; other patrons also appeared unhappy with the lack of professionalism from your team. I urge you to evaluate the training and management of your staff, as this location clearly lacks leadership and a commitment to customer service. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I was very disappointed during my visit. Sincerely, [Your Name]
I visited the McDonald's on Snow Road, and it was the first time I experienced my food served hot there. In the past, my meals have always been lukewarm. However, this McDonald's location near West 150th Street really impressed me with the quality of the food.
It's a fast food joint, and unfortunately, the orders are consistently incorrect. Missing items are a common issue, even after double-checking. The staff seems largely comprised of teenagers, some wearing crocs. It feels more like a party for kids than a restaurant. The food takes a long time to arrive, and I’ve seen employees eating at the drive-thru or behind the counter. Overall, this is not the best McDonald's I've been to.
Mcdonald mobile app offers the best offers for all food app dealers. order them always ahead in this restaurant and my order is always correct and fresh.
