Mcdonald's - Brook Park

McDonald's on snow rd is the worst McDonald's I have ever been too: more than 3 times we have been shorted food, usually a whole meal, or the actual meat that was supposed to be the sandwich. I've spent 30 minutes (10 minutes in the drive through and 20 in a parking space) waiting for food, was finally given my partial order, was given my complete food order without the drink so then I went inside and stood in line waiting to be helped while 3 employees stood talking. When I finally got someone's attention, they acted like they didn't know how to help me, after going through my bag, offered me a code for next time. Keep in mind this was 30 minutes, and I had 2 young, hungry kids with me and more hungry family members waiting at home.

I usually don't go here because it takes about 15 minutes-20 to get through the drive through and they usually make you park and wait more.This time I went by when it was slow l, ordered the food and when I got home, half of my order was missing, and the fries were cold. Go to Rallys instead. Their food is faster, less expensive, and they get your order right

Order is almost always wrong they can't even remember both patties on a big mac

Went tonight with are family food was awesome came out quickly resturante was clean. Friendly help.

Waited for five to ten for cold fries. I don't mind waiting for fresh food. And as always the big mac is smallest burger on menu
