Customer service is dead. We order from this store about every 2 weeks. They’ve left out sauces before and other items but normally not too bad. Last night we ordered and the lentil soup was turned over and half of it was in the particular bag it was delivered in. I called just to let them know what happened. Gotten too expensive, no longer a good value. Lots of places raising prices as much as they possibly can right now to maximize profit in a time when they think customers will be less sensitive to price increases because they think everything 's expensive right now . Seems like Zoe 's is on this train. I remember not that long ago a greek salad with chicken was like 11 something. I ordered the other day and it was almost 15 bucks now. No mas, Zoe 's is now a rare splurge for me rather than a staple.
I go way out of my way distance) when I get Zoës, so it’s a treat for me. I got my roll ups plus a pint of chicken salad, hummus, order of pita and a chocolate cake. I got home and for dinner was going to have some chicken salad. It was nothing like the Zoës cs I know and love. It was watery Mayo, with shredded chicken. I’m used to it being velvety and delicious. I never take food back, but it is so expensive and I would like to either get my money back or get something else. So disappointed:

I enjoy the food but this location can be slow. The service is ok. The store is always so focused on to go order that if you dine it you are an afterthought
The employee said she could take $5 off on my order over the phone, but later she said she couldn't because the code was not valid any more. The manager didn't help me get a discount at all either. He refused to do anything for me.
