This is the worst service I have gotten in a very long time. The cashier that worked today at the downtown Birmingham, AL location during lunch time was incredibly rude and should not be working with the public-period. I was surprised to see that her manager allowed her to have “drink” bottle caps clasped in her braids while working the front register. So very unprofessional and unfortunately I won’t go back. It is relatively affordable and healthy. However, the service is slow. I waited approx 20 minutes in an almost empty restaurant for an order of hummus to go.
Very welcoming ladies when you enter, fantastic service. Should have grabbed a small side salad, next time.
Came today!! Lady at the register that was taking orders was very rude.. in fact she rushed me and my sister to order. She cut us off in the middle of us ordering.
