What Kim Carlton doesn't like about Yan Express:
Guy taking order was very quick and rude. Would not give me a chance to ask questions regarding menu. Feed wasn’t bad but with the way I was treated for it being my first time I will NOT be going back. View all feedback.
Place is truly a hidden gem! Can't beat the price compared to any other restaurant and the freshness and taste is unmatched! My food was piping hot and portions were perfect for a nice lunch!I will definitely be coming back!
The 63. Orange Chicken, General Tsos Chicken the 31. Chicken Lo Mein are superb! Food ALWAYS arrives hot like it just came out of the oven! Large proportions for the price you pay! Everything is perfectly seasoned and proportioned to make make an excellent meal choice. I travel 25 minutes to this restaurant whenever I'm out...the only Chinese restaurant in Hoover that is this level of greatness! First time ordering on DD but I have no regrets. Give them a try! Totally worth every penny! Sorry for no pictures...my 4 year old son is currently devouring everything!

Great place for a quick lunch or dinner. The lunch prices are fantastic and the portions are good. The food is tasty and we love the egg rolls. The service is good and the employees are very nice.
