This new location is awesome. They have ice cream and a brand new dining room and rate service. Everybody knows that Jack's rocks fried chicken. My favorite, though, is the sausage biscuits. I don't think I will ever get tired of them. But I would try this location because the staff is amazing. View all feedback.
What Beau LeBlanc doesn't like about Jack's:
I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a boat of fries , the fries were cold so I went back through drive thru to ask for fresh fries, after waiting 10 minutes they bring another half empty boat cold fries. Now my burgers are cold and still cold fries. Now I'm just done and want to go home. Was going to do the survey on my recipt but didn't have a code. The guy working the window cashier around 6PM deserves a raise and or promotion, he gave fantastically wholesome service and seemed pleased to be working. It is rare to see that nowadays and has honestly been an issue with this Jack's in particular. The African American fella working the drive thru changed my perspective on this location today.

The dinner time drive thru employee (female with blue and black braids) was extremely rude. I've had poor service at this location previously but this was awful. I went inside and spoke to the shift manager. She took my order (my sick son had requested a burger and milkshake specifically) then I left and went to Zaxby's across the road to get food for the rest of the family. At Zaxby's the service is always super friendly and the food is always excellent.
