The woman at the counter was quite rude. When I tried to place my order and asked a question, one of the staff members looked at me as if I were completely foolish and responded in a condescending manner. I have limited vision and had never ordered from Taco Bell before, so I needed assistance. Clearly, she requires better training in customer service. I ended up leaving disappointed. This place is supposed to open at 8:00 a.m., but every time I show up, the door is locked. What’s the point of posting those hours if they aren’t even opening on time?

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 times from taco bell off Ubereats, I didn't get my coffee, my tea drink got messed up twice and yall can't give me my sauce packets? What's the sense of having them on the menu if you aren't going to give people what they order. Waste of money?
