Truly disappointed with these people.Placed an online order and waited for it to be done,sent my son in with my phone he comes back and tell me he needs my id..So I go inside he doesn't have sandwhich ready and was cheap with the black olives....beware people save your money go to another location for a better experience this is my second time having issues with this location sooo I decided to air them out View all feedback.
Always friendly and willing to help never to much of a wait to get your food and workers go the extra mile to make you happy. I went in once with my child and worker engaged with her and made sure she was happy with her order
I gave it 1 star but the service there is less than 1 star the woman who works there has a nasty look every time when someone goes in to make a order.It seems as though we are nothing her .Telling you anything else rushing g the clients out of the store .giving dirty looks to people whom are not her race and the sandwiches are not worth the price If she is trying to save e the dr Z nchise money big mistake . Most of my friends rather walk to Longwood Subways then go into prospects the employees are nasty and treat customers

Upon walking into the establishment, it was extremely hot and some of the cold cuts didn't look fresh at all.
