What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
it is strange says open until 9:30, but they will close the load to in business people to 7 8 often. So I'd call to make sure they're open. bad slow customer service in general. View all feedback.
This load was good before the new manager came and ruined it. also, many of the times that this store is literally never open for customers, especially for those who have placed orders via the app for storage collection. so if they wanted to pick up a job, they can't get their coffee unless they have a car for a ride through. you should knock on the door. 1/5 stars light.
Girl who’s tending the register now has an attitude for no reason. Asked for a venti caramel ribbon crunch with extra frappe roast and she was too busy on her phone getting my order wrong charging me for a grande caramel ribbon Crunch with French vanilla and hazelnut (tf is that) and then getting annoyed with her resting B face for me correcting her. Stay off your phone hun. There are literally no customers aside from me and two other people waiting for her to not even hear me or pay attention. ???????? at the prices going up during the holidays for no reason because it slows down the business, ensure you’re putting effort into my order being correct in the system please miss ma’am. That’s you go giving your staff more work and wasting products having to remake it in the case Yha get a rush.
Worst Starbucks ever. But why expect much? It’s the Bronx. I get to the drive thru at 6:15. They open at 6. After sitting there for 5 minutes I drive around to the window just to be told that they open at 6:30. Ok no problem. Thanksgiving morning I show up at 6:32 just for a girl to come out and say they open at 7:30. Why do they get to open whenever they want? If they need to clean and stock stuff, why not do that before they leave the night before? It’s really annoying. Get it together people!
I ordered cappuccino. This was delivered to me. It’s a half cup of coffee with a film of pure oil floating around. It’s disgusting and inedible. I’m calling to get a refund and no one answers the phone. I want my money back. Someone please reach out to me to address what filth was delivered to me.
Lady at the register with dark hair she was Hispanic she was fat figured girl she was super nasty! I asked her a question twice proceeded to ignored me! Nasty nasty! Don’t work if you can’t handle it there’s other people who would take your place real quick!
