Sam's Soul Food Restaurant Bar Lounge

The food at this restaurant is excellent value for money. The portions are large and the flavors are delicious!

I went in the other day and took my own GrubHub order from outside this place I had a good feeling because it looked very secretly style and then when I thought the smashed pork chops I thought I died and went into the sky they were so tender they fell apart in my mouth!! I never had my pork chops so amazingly tender and decadent in taste I see why this is an absolute favorite!! Makkaroni and cheese bangin’, rice and peas tasty cabbage and carrot style vegetables delicious. Collard greens yum yum

I've been buying food with Sam for 20 years. I've always been addicted to her stuff and mac and cheese. A great place to order and enjoy food home. Prices are very reasonable!!!

First it's not a lounge and the food wasn't great. The pictures must be updated because I was bamboozled when I came to the restaurant.

We were seeking some delicious food, but unfortunately the menu options were limited. The food looked appetizing, so we decided to walk 10 blocks from the opera house hotel to try them out. However, we were disappointed to find that the meat was old, tough, and dry. The server was unfriendly and somewhat rude. When we looked over the menu on the wall, he informed us that what we saw was all they had to offer.
