What User doesn't like about Primavera Cafe.:
They failed to send 1 side of the chicken and refused to correct the matter. They said the only way they would consider the missing side would be if we had sent the whole order back. People have already eaten so we told them we can't do that. When the woman who came to the phone didn't help me talk to managers, and they just let me down. I got a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and I feel like it was the best one I've had in a long time. The sandwich automatically comes with 2 eggs and enough cheese , the cheese was my fave part ,bacon it had just the right amount.Plus the price was not so high like other places i know. read moreVery expensive for mediocre food. Even if you order for delivery, be willing to be asked for a tip from the supplier, even if you type on your card
Call it what you want, but it is racist when the person on the phone can speak English and can?t you record, nor do they have employees who speak English well....

The food and smoothies were great! Customer service was excellent! Very healthy food options! This was of my favorite places in Fordham Road! I recommend it!
