Mcdonald's - BRONX

This is the busiest store as I saw at noon. Waiting time 15-20 min. Food was fresh and crispy, service also so far so great with a good employee.

This franchise gets busy during the afternoon because of all the schools around it’s dismissal time and all the children go there to grab some food. Drive-Thru is efficient they don’t complain at all when you need help with the order. They serve you fast and food is usually fresh. Sometimes the ice cream machine is broken but that’s not new lol! I like the renovations they did a while back.

These mcdonalds always says that their ice cream is broken. these workers and manager fell to realize that only because I am on the other side of the counter does not mean that I do not in their shoes before these machines have certain time frames on when they have to be clean and certain items changed as well. that I have not been able to use the

I had to use the restroom but they didn’t want me to use it, the restroom wasn’t out service, and they said that they didn’t have the code for the restroom’s doors, I told them so I have to do pee out side, he said do it, listen many McDonald’s have the restrooms open for their costumes and I’m a customer too.

Food is actually pretty good for a McDonald's service is not to bad considering that ; There is always vagrants causing a scene, police frequent this location...Food: 5/5
