This was my first time eating at this location. I'm not big on fast food but I was hungry. I like how the digital kiosk systems works. Fast easy to use. No wait, no hassle. They bring your food to you. That's a plus. The food is the usual , this time I had gotten the butter milk chicken sandwich. It was good, dry but flavorful. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I commanded that a sundae waited for 10 minutes and they gave me the half of it, and I insisted on giving me another as it should be and they gave me the half of the cup I never go there again. View all feedback.
They were really nice and my grapple came out like five minutes, I was shocked that I never had a service so fast.
Recently remodeled, renovated updated -State of the art technology very clean, nice decor, quiet staff, also friendly food was great
It's mcdonalds... what do you expect, everything tastes the same, bland. Service is fine tho.

This is for mc donalds webster avenue gunhill rd ; yah really tried to disrespect with this type of order !! it was literally no care in the world for the food and customers at this location' no type of formation and organization !! which is ridiculous' this meat even tasted uncooked' there's a hospital right up on gunhill I would've thought at least more effort will go into the food since there's a scarce of restaurants around the way but this is sad. literally come here all the time especially as my last resort but I know it's fast food but damn
